OUR METHODOLOGY
Crisis As A Marker of Our Time
Crises can be caused by sudden or unexpected events and might for a short or long term threaten strategic assets or persons of the organisation. A crises will apply stress to the organisation and will test its resilience for the duration of the event. In todays reality a crises can take many turns and spread, grow and morph into an existential crisis for the organisation.
The Importance of Preparing
Organisations need to re-evaluate the threat patterns that apply to them in periodic intervals in order to ensure that their business continuity plans are relevant to the prevailing threats of the period and hence being able to minimise the negative impact on the organisational functionality and assets. The Diluculo Way of Negotiating a Crisis
The used methodology has been used and developed over decades in both armed forces, secret services and private enterprises.
Our Crisis Management Team will be put together to fit your needs and will present the needed tools to deal with a crisis on the relevant time axis. Through simulations we will identify critical gaps in your Business Continuity Plan. We will then build a Strategic Master Plan with operational principles and reactions to occurrences that will form the future contingency plan for the organisation.
